Part A

Sadar e Jamhuriya aur Naazimeen e Riyaasaat ke mutalliq usul
Provisions as to the President and the Governors of States

1. Sadar e Jamhuriya aur Naazimeen e Riyaasaat ko har maah darj e zeel munaafa (tankhwaah) adaa ki jaayegi: —
There shall be paid to the President and to the Governors of the States the following emoluments per mensem, that is to say:— 

Sadar e Jamhuriya ko …… 10,000 rupae [Maujuda 1,50,000 rupae, 2008 ke Qaaede 28, juz 2 ke mutaabiq (1-1-2006 se laagu)]
The President …… 10,000 rupees [Now 1,50,000 rupees, vide Act 28 of 2008, s. 2 (w.e.f. 1-1-2006)]

Naazim e Riyaasat ko …… 5,500 rupae [Maujuda 1,10,000 rupae, 2009 ke Qaaede 1, juz 3 ke mutaabiq (1-1-2006 se laagu)]
The Governor of a State …… 5,500 rupees [Now 1,10,000 rupees, vide Act 1 of 2009, s. 3 (w.e.f. 1-1-2006)]

2. Sadar e Jamhuriya aur Naazimeen e Riyaasat ko unke mutalliqa mutaabiq aesi tankhwaah bhi adaa ki jaayegi jo Mumlikat e Hind ke Naazim o Amir aur oos mutalliq Naazimeen e Subaat ko is Aain ki nafaazat se fauran qabl di jaaya karti thi. 
There shall also be paid to the President and to the Governors of the States such allowances as were payable respectively to the Governor-General of the Dominion of India and to the Governors of the corresponding Provinces immediately before the commencement of this Constitution.

3. Sadar e Jamhuriya aur Naazimeen e Riyaasaat oonke ohdou ki mukammal muddat ke dauraan oonhi imtiyaazaat ke haqdaar honge jinke is Aain ki nafaazat se fauran qabl tak, is mutalliqa, Naazim o Amiir aur Naazimeen e Subaat haqdaar hote the.
The President and the Governors of the States throughout their respective terms of office shall be entitled to the same privileges to which the Governor General and the Governors of the corresponding Provinces were respectively entitled immediately before the commencement of this Constitution.

4. Jab Naaeb Sadar e Jamhuriya ya koi digar shakhs Sadar e Jamhuriya ke a’amaal ki takmeel kar rahe hou, ya oonki haesiyat se maujuud hou, ya koi shakhs Naazim e Riyaasat ke a’amaal ki takmeel kar rahe hou tou, wo oonhi munaafou, tankhwaah aur imtiyaazaat ke haqdaar honge jinke Sadar e Jamhuriya ya Naazim e Riyaasat haqdaar hote hae, is mutalliqa jinki bhi a’amaal ki wo shakhs takmeel kar rahe honge ya jinki bhi haesiyat se wo shakhs maujuud honge, jaesa bhi ma’amla ho.
While the Vice-President or any other person is discharging the functions of, or is acting as, President, or any person is discharging the functions of the Governor, he shall be entitled to the same emoluments, allowances and privileges as the President or the Governor whose functions he discharges or for whom he acts, as the case may be.

Provisions as to the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the House of the People and the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman of the Council of the States and the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly and the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Council of a State

7. Aewaan e Awaam ke Mukallim aur Shura e Riyaasaat ke Amiir ko wohi ujrat aur tankhwaah ki adaaegi ki jaaye gi jo is Aain ki nafaazat se fauran qabl tak Mumlikat e Hind ki Aain Saaz Majlis ke Mukallim ko di jaaya karti thi, aur Aewaan e Awaam ke Naaeb Mukallim aur Shura e Riyaasaat ke Naaeb Amiir ko wohi ujrat aur tankhwaah ki adaaegi ki jaaye gi jo is Aain ki nafaazat se fauran qabl tak Mumlikat e Hind ki Aain Saaz Majlis ke Naaeb Mukallim ko di jaaya karti thi.
There shall be paid to the Speaker of the House of the People and the Chairman of the Council of States such salaries and allowances as were payable to the Speaker of the Constituent Assembly of the Dominion of India immediately before the commencement of this Constitution, and there shall be paid to the Deputy Speaker of the House of the People and to the Deputy Chairman of the Council of States such salaries and allowances as were payable to the Deputy Speaker of the Constituent Assembly of the Dominion of India immediately before such commencement.


8. Riyaasati Majlis ke Mukallim aur Naaeb Mukallim ko aur kisi Riyaasati Shura ke Amiir aur Naaeb Amiir ko aesi ujrat aur tankhwaah ada ki jaayegi jo is Aain ki nafaazat se fauran qabl tak oonke mutalliqa Subaayi Majlis ke Mukallim aur Naaeb Mukallim ko aur mutalliqa Subaayi Shura ke Sadar aur Naaeb Sadar ko di jaaya karti thi aur, jis mutalliqa Sube me is aesi nafaazat se fauran qabl tak Subaayi Shura nahi hua karta tha tou, oos Riyaasat ke Riyaasati Shura ke Amiir aur Naaeb Amiir ko aesi ujrat aur tankhwaah ada ki jaayegi jaesi ke ooske Naazim e Riyaasat mutayyin karege.
There shall be paid to the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly and to the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Council of a State such salaries and allowances as were payable respectively to the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly and the President and the Deputy President of the Legislative Council of the corresponding Province immediately before the commencement of this Constitution and, where the corresponding Province had no Legislative Council immediately before such commencement, there shall be paid to the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Council of the State such salaries and allowances as the Governor of the State may determine.

Hind ke Qaumi Naazim o Muhaasib ke mutalliq usul
Provisions as to the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India

12(1). Hind ke Qaumi Naazim o Muhaasib ko *chaar hazaar rupae har maah ki sharaah se ujrat ada ki jaayegi.
There shall be paid to the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India a salary at the rate of *four thousand rupees per mensem.

* Hind ke Qaumi Naazim o Muhaasib ko 1971 ke Qaaede 56 ke juz 3 ke mutaabiq Adaalat e Uzma ke Qazaat ki ujrat ke baraabar ujrat ada ki jaayegi. Adaalat e Uzma ke Qazaat ki ujrat ko 2009 ke Qaaede 23 ke zariye badhhaa kar 90,000 Rupae har maah kar diya gaya hae, juz 8 ke mutaabiq (1-1-2006 se laagu).
The Comptroller and Auditor-General of India shall be paid a salary equal to the salary of the Judges of the Supreme Court vide s. 3 of Act 56 of 1971. The salary of Judges of the Supreme Court has been raised to Rs.90,000 per mensem by Act 23 of 2009, s. 8 (w.e.f. 1-1-2006).

12(2). Wo shakhs jo is Aain ki nafaazat se fauran qabl Hind ke Qaumi Muhaasib the wo is nafaazat se mazmoon 377 ke tehat Hind ke Qaumi Naazim o Muhaasib ban gaye hae aur wo is hissa e tehriir ke zere-hissa e tehriir (1) me waazae ki gayi ujrat ke saath mazid ek makhsuus ujrat ke haqdaar honge, jiski raqam waazae ki gayi ujrat aur is nafaazat se qabl Hind ke Qaumi Muhaasib ki haesiyat se wo jo ujrat haasil kiya karte the in dono ke farq ke baraabar hogi.
The person who was holding office immediately before the commencement of this Constitution as Auditor-General of India and has become on such commencement the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India under article 377 shall in addition to the salary specified in sub-paragraph (1) of this paragraph be entitled to receive as special pay an amount equivalent to the difference between the salary so specified and the salary which he was drawing as Auditor-General of India immediately before such commencement.

12(3). Hind ke Qaumi Naazim o Muhaasib ki chhutti aur wazife ke haquq ki nizaamat aur oonki khidmat ki digar sharaaet ki nizaamat darj usul par ki jaayegi ya nizaamat darj usul par jaari rahegi, jaesa bhi ma’amla ho, darj usul wo honge jo is Aain ki nafaazat se fauran qabl Hind ke Qaumi Muhaasib par laagu hote the aur oon usul me Naazim o Amiir ke tamaam zikr ko Sadar e Jamhuriya ka zikr maana jaayega.
The rights in respect of leave of absence and pension and the other conditions of service of the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India shall be governed or shall continue to be governed, as the case may be, by the provisions which were applicable to the Auditor-General of India immediately before the commencement of this Constitution and all references in those provisions to the Governor-General shall be construed as references to the President.
